Tripedia, initiated by Tripedia Foundation is a decentralized service platform for tourism market. It is aimed at solving the problem that the tourism market is severely centralized due to OTAs’ (Online Travel Agencies) monopoly, providing all the tourism market participants with platform where they can equally participate in the information sharing & resource trading, developing Artificial Intelligence Travel Designer based on data of information and resource, creating decentralized ecosystem of travel information sharing & resource trading, and eventually establishing the new travel mode.

Decentralized Blockchain tourism ecosystem
Tripedia will establish a decentralized Blockchain tourism ecosystem to ensure user
information security and maximize the interests of both customers and suppliers. More users will be introduced into Tripedia using rewarded tokens.
Tripedia will create a multi- scenario ecosystem combining travel plan recommendations, hotel reservations, scenic spot tickets, cross-border consumption, and etc. By valid contributions, users can obtain tokens which can be used as payments, completing the tourism ecosystem.
Security of the travel data
Through the application of Blockchain technology, the security of the travel data on platform is guaranteed, and the industry problem of asymmetric information caused by mistrust between demand side and service side is solved.
Besides, the ownership of the data is returned to the users. Distributed Ledger and Intelligent Contract publicize the data of transaction, operation, evaluation in blocks, connect global travel resource suppliers, and create a non transaction cost, decentralized tourism ecosystem of information sharing & resource trading.
